Mmm...Mmm...Monday






Yesterday while watching the Super Bowl we enjoyed the pineapple vodka I made back in December and let me tell you it was delicious!   The flavor gets better the longer it sits in the refrigerator.  All you need to make this infused vodka is:

1.      A fresh pineapple that has been cored.  I kept the shell for a tropical drink the same day I make this vodka.

2.      Add your favorite vodka (I used Stolichnaya).

3.      Let it sit for 7-10 days in a cool dark place.

4.      You can either strain the vodka or discard the pineapple.  I kept the pineapple in my vodka and placed a slice in my drink but beware this fruit is potent!
