RIP Titi Branch of Miss Jessie's

My heartfelt condolences are being sent to the Miss Jessie's family. Titi Branch one of the founders of the Miss Jessie's hair care line has died. She was a leader in the natural hair care industry and she along with her sister created the Miss Jessie's line which paved the way for many women of color myself included with curly/coily textured hair to embrace their natural manes. Its being reported that she may have committed suicide and this time of year, some people with severe depression may go to extreme measures to combat these feelings.  If you are or anyone you know are battling depression and are having suicidal thoughts please, do not hesitate and call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
