Sunday Dinner
This Sunday I made a coffee rubbed roast with grilled zucchini fresh from my garden topped with feta cheese, some coleslaw and borracho beans rounded out the meal. I made enough for leftovers and maybe to freeze! If you all are interested in this menu or any other recipe send me an email!
