Soy based meal replacement

As the new year approaches I am reflecting on all the changes I vowed to follow in 2014. I did workout out consistently throughout the year but my eating habits were less than desirable for me. I still struggle to eat on a regular schedule and most of my calories are consumed via beverages ie lattes and wine! I know, I know such a winning combination, but I do like this meal replacement I picked up at SAMs. It's not chalky and its soy based and the best thing of all it fills me up so I won't overeat or shall I say drink! I started drinking this on a regular basis a couple weeks ago, so hopefully I won't fall off the wagon for too long of a period. I use the following to make the perfect  meal replacement drink.

2 scoops of soy meal replacement 
1 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup of berries
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp Chia seeds

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy! I'm working on an oatmeal drink for next time but if you have any recipes you want to share with me send an email!
